Outer shell is made from 11 ga steel
Winch plate and mounting brackets are made from 3/16" steel
3/4" D-Ring tabs are fully welded on both the front and back sides
All hardware is included for installation
Fits most 8-12k winches without integrated control packs. The winch control pack must be relocated from the top of most winches and trimming/fitting will be required.
Winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead will provide the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
Cutting of the center plastic portion of the factory bumper cover is required to install the bumper.

Unless you choose our powder coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust.
