Tacoma Overland Front Bumper / 4th Gen / 2024+

Requires cutting of the plastic bumper to install.
Fits most winches 8k-12k in size. Electrical control box must be relocated from top of winch and trimming/fitting will be required (Warn VR series is a confirmed fit).
We recommend using winches with synthetic rope and a hawse style fairlead for the best fitment and functionality. Some roller fairleads may be too large to fit the recessed fairlead mounting plate in the bumper.
Cutouts in front of bumper allow winch lever access.
Bumper is designed to fit 30″ single row light bars (specifically designed for Baja Designs S8, Heretic Studio 30" and Rigid SR-30 light bars.
Fog light pockets designed for Baja Designs Squadron lights. (Factory fog lights not supported)
Bumper is made from 3/16″ laser cut P&O steel.
Tubing for bull bars is all 1 3/4" OD, 1/8" wall thickness except for gussets and headlight hoops which are 1 1/2" OD.
3/4″ thick D-ring tabs fully welded front and back come standard.
114 lbs without bull bar, 121 lbs with low-height bull bar, 128 lbs with mid-height bull bar with tube gussets, 138 lbs with full height bull bar and headlight hoops.
All bull bar variants are compatible with Toyota Safety Sense and parking sensors. Be aware that some vehicles will randomly require a professional TSS system recalibration after bumper install.
Unless you choose our powder coated option, this product will need to be painted or powder coated before installation to prevent rust
Includes Washer Tank Skid and winch controller relocation kit.
TRD Pro and TRD Off-Road models do not require additional mini-skid panel.
