Processing & Delivery
Most products drop-ship directly from our authorized distributor and supplier partners' U.S. fulfillment centers. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days when available. Freight and oversized items may take longer.
Shipping Rates
Most of what we sell is heavy, bulky, or both — lift kits, bumpers, wheel sets, winches, suspension components. Because shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination, we calculate exact shipping at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price we pay; no hidden markups.
Standard Shipping
- Most packages ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority
- Delivery: typically 2–5 business days within the continental U.S. when in stock at our supplier partners
- Shipping cost is calculated by package weight, dimensions, and destination
- 48 contiguous U.S. states plus Alaska, Hawaii, and DC (HI/AK carry surcharges)
Oversized & Freight Shipping
Large items ship via LTL freight carriers. Examples:
- Lift kits and complete suspension systems
- Full front/rear bumpers and bull bars
- Heavy wheel & tire packages
- Large cargo boxes and roof racks
- Batteries over 50 lbs
- Complete exhaust systems
Freight shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination zip code, weight, and dimensions.
Freight Delivery
Freight shipments require a scheduled delivery appointment. The freight carrier will call you 24 hours before delivery to coordinate.
Curbside delivery: Standard for most freight orders. The carrier brings the shipment to the end of your driveway or closest accessible point.
Liftgate service: Required if you don't have a forklift or way to unload heavy items. Usually an additional $35–$75 — you can add this at checkout.
Drop-Ship Fulfillment
WrenchLab products drop-ship from our authorized distributor and supplier partners' U.S. fulfillment centers. This means:
- Multi-item orders may arrive in separate boxes from different fulfillment centers
- Tracking numbers come from UPS, FedEx, or the freight carrier
- Delivery time depends on the fulfillment center closest to you
Addresses We Can't Ship To
- PO Boxes (carriers can't deliver freight or oversized items)
- APO/FPO military addresses (limited at this time)
- Freight forwarders (by request only)
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, document the damage before the carrier leaves — photos of the box, photos of the product, note on the delivery receipt. Email returns@wrench-lab.com with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery.
Occasional Free Shipping Promotions
We occasionally run free shipping promotions on qualifying standard-parcel items (not freight).
